History

Olive Zammit, president of Accplus Business Services Inc. has been involved in the Ontario Insurance Industry since early '70's. Starting in the typing pool at a large downtown Toronto Insurer promoted to Endorsement Clerk, to Automobile Underwriter, Habitational Underwriter, Commercial Underwriter, etc. throughout many Insurers and then accepting a position at the Brokerage level in Mississauga Ontario (Canada) thereafter. Olive continued her career at the Brokerage level promoted to Manager of a large Toronto Brokerage. Her position was that of Office Manager / Personal Lines Manager / Accounting Manager & Commercial Account Exec.

In the early '90's, Olive resigned her position and formed Accplus Business Services (Incorporated in 2002) providing Administration and Bookkeeping / Accounting Services on Contract basis to the Brokerage Industry.

Olive acquired over the years hands on experience on most Management Software Programs including non Insurance and Manual Systems. With this knowledge,
Program Vendors began approaching her to train their Product, in particular Zycomp Systems Limited, more commonly known as Power Broker.

Currently, Olive remains one of the main Trainers for Power Broker as well as troubleshooting in respect to the Bookkeeping/Accounting modules of TAM / TABS & CIM when contracted by the Brokerage.

Olive is known and respected throughout the industry by Brokerages/Agents, Insurers/Wholesalers, Accounting Firms, Regulatory Bodies across Canada and the Caribbean/Bermuda. Her reputation and knowledge has made her an Icon in the industry.
